nice truck man, same as mine. Hey I was wondering, have the cops gave you any trouble about the amber reflectors out in the headlights?

I really like the way the black emblem looks with the with the wheels and bodywork. Well done
  5. ya i actually have hid's but i havent updated my pic in a while. i also painted the gmc logo black to help it match a lil more. but those pics were really helpful. i actually really like the black headlights alot more now that ive seen an example. ill update u on my decision tho. and ill try to put a more recent pic of the truck up soon.

yea i used a heat gun too pop them apart.. sorry i forgot to add that earlier. to be honest im not a huge fan of the black background lights unless the whole truck is blacked out.. grille/trim/ etc. but thats just my personal opinion. a lot of guys seem to like them though so im probably just the odd one out. if I were you I would try taking the reflectors out of your stock headlights and see if you like the looks of it. and if you do you could get some cleared signals to go along with it.. have you considered getting an HID kit? cause that can make a huge difference lookswise too! heres some pics of trucks with the black headlights..

yea the gmc headlights just pop apart.. .. and then the orange reflector basically just pops out! saves a whole lot of money and looks really good. i looked at aftermarket headlights for a while too but i couldnt justify spending like 250 bucks on them.. my signals i got off ebay for around 30-40 bucks. hope that helps!
