edelbrocks are very expensive
alot of guys on here have gone with the monroe coilovers in the back of their suburbans, it will help with sag as well. the monroe coilovers are very reasonable at oreillys, they are $100 for the two (they come in a twin pack) also the monroe for the front at anywhere from 23-45 apiece depending on what you want. I will be going with the monroes this summer when I replace them.
I went with Rancho RS9000XL adjustables a few years back to be able to adjust the rebound when towing.
Have been able to soften them up in the winter (crappy roads) and stiffen them in the warmer months. I like the adjustability and have adjustable Konis on most of my other cars (street and track).

Also don't overlook the steering box, mine is bad and shakes the hell out of the front end when I hit a bump.
