On a LSx engine you line your cam sprocket at 6 oclock and your crank sprocket at 12 oclock. If its a I5 or I4 in your canyon then I have no clue. Never been inside one of those engines.

on the 1999-2007 classic the wheel bearings are easy to change. Remove caliper, remove 3 bolts on rear side of knuckle. Push bearing assembly out, insert new and tighten the three bolts.

yea thats a good start.. mine lasted till 230k before i had to put wheel bearings on it and i just did tie rods at 275k miles.
They can be a big pain to break loose to be prepaired.

Ive been running Aeroquip Pushlok hose for about 7 years now and its some good stuff but expensive. worth it!
on my 2003 z71 tahoe i ended up just torching the idler and pittman off. And put all new stuff under there. Nothing would budge even with a 15# hammer.
I use Delo 400 15w40.
Its cheap and we have diesels with over 10,000 hours on them still goin. Plus we get it in the 55gal drums :D

All my vehicles have a Trucook 40K trans cooler.
I route the lines to the cooler and not the factory radiator.. see way too many factory radiator coolers leak and fill the trans with coolant and...

Yea the sticker fit perfect...
but all these things do is tap into your IAT sensor and tell it that the Intake Air temperature is alot colder which increases timing but also dumps alot of fuel...
