I may have asked this before but here goes.
I have a roaring in the front end that I am 99% sure is coming from the front drivers side axel where it enters the differential.

Same problem with my '99. I have had three line failures in less than a year. In my opinion, brake lines on all vehicles should be stainless or equivilent. This could be a life or death situation.

My truck will usually start on the first rotation when stone cold. If it has been driven and then parked, it must turn over for about 5 seconds and it seems to help if I press the gas pedal...
