The muffler shop I use will do what ever you want to pay them to do. I've had cats cut off in the past and they asked if I wanted to on my current truck and I said no. Did you ask them?
If you don't find one, get a clear one and a can of cheap white spray paint and paint the backside. It will look factory as long as you don't overspray the outside...

Herculiner is awesome stuff... You can either roll it on or I've seen people get good results from spraying it on with one of those cheap sand blasting guns. Very durable and looks great.

I've always had that impression about Farmers. They're all crooks but for some reason I've felt even worse about that company. Good luck with it. You'll need it.
How much can you increase tire size after you put a leveling kit on?
I'll probably do one pretty soon too just to help the stance of the truck for now, but down the road I'd like to go with a 6"...
