I'm new to the site (and to GM truck ownership) and from Edmonton.
Probably taking my new (1999, so new to me...) Tahoe down to the Rockies this weekend for some fall...
Yep, I've driven vehicles with the low option in the past and realize it's not for everyday use. I've driven a few vehicles with it in the past although not one with the power the 5.7 makes.
Bought my first 4x4 (99 Tahoe) and I'm looking to replace the tires on it. May go to 265's instead of the 245's but will probably keep the stock wheel for now. Not ready for a lift...
