I'm using the "washing sponge trick" between the bed and cab. Placed the sponge just under the bottom of the vent.
Now, my right-side driver's window is leaking air. Sounds like I'm in an F4...

Sierra, Silverado - Excessive wind noise from rear interior
Check for missing sealer in the rear acoustic panel
Do not change the tires or add any exterior cab isolator

Try some of tips in this thread. The noise will lessen. I am using undercoat spray on the whl wells, then a wheel cover and the foam rubber wedged bet' the cab/box. Seems to help quite a bit.

I placed a square piece of foam rubber bet' the cab and box just below the vent. This has helped mine. I also bought some wheel well liners and installed them. The noise issue is improving.

Mine is an SLE with Goodyears. I have the RR inside vent half taped shut which is helping.
Will try your idea about the foam rubber between the cab and bed--I suppose you mean outside the cab is...

This is very interesting as I just purchased a GMC Sierra Crew 4X4 yesterday. I actually drove five different Silverado Crews with the same problem. Even my wife noted the noise.
