I wish I knew, but I have no experience with the 2.2 4 bangers. I assume the basics will help like what I have done, but I don't know for sure.

Your better off saving your money by descreening the stock MAF. I did this and it help with airflow, a little more acceleration, and helped a lot with my MPG. Best part, it's free. Just take off...
