Owner's manual for reset instructions. GM uses a proprietary algorthim for determining oil life - you won't be able to change it.

Based on the buttons, I'm guessing from top to bottom that the top button is for Stabilitrac (on or off), then there is a neutral light (for when you put into 4WD low), then 4WD high and the bottom...
Not sure what Autotrac is but Stabilitrak is not AWD - it's stability control. Can't remember the layout on the 05 but maybe you have a 4WD vehicle - buttons would be 2WD, 4WD hi and 4WD lo.

IIRC, the connector is behind the glovebox - this will allow iPod to work plus you keep XM
