Rollin' around 224,xxx on my '94 1500 4x4.
Just dropped her off for a Brake job, then pulling my 2008 Rockwood Roo out to Higgins Lake for 9 days of RnR...
Had to replace my headlamp and dimmer switch many times.
This only started after replacing the stock (55watt) Headlamp bulbs with Xenon (100watt) bulbs.
The switch kept melting.

Yes, that too would be an issue.
However, you would get nothing when trying to start, let alone a spark issue.

Well... I got a freebie welder, it is a Harbor freight special, so no gas shield.
Gonna start practicing with an old Venture van quarter panel.

Tranny cooler is a great idea.
Those gears with that tire combo should be fine for towing, just not cross country.
MPG sounds about that same as what I am getting with my combo.
