    Did you check the coil wire? Swap it out with one of the spark plug wires. Also the ignition module. Heat tends to take these out. Replacing it would be a good idea.

    You can't use the bolt to install the harmonic balancer because there won't be enough thread engagement and you will pull the threads out of the crank. Seen it happen.
