    A guy has offered me a soft toneau cover, says it fits a 99-06 short box....Wondering if it will fit my 97 shortbox (6 1/2 ft)?
    Not sure if there is a framework or what with it...

    Sounds like your mechanic did a bunch of stuff wrong when installing new block. I would take it back to him and tell him to fix it. He must warranty his work

    An engine produces a lot of water vapour, especially when its cold......Once the engine warms up and the exhaust pipes warm up, its still producing water, but you dont see it. When its hot, its a gas.
