Check the fuel pressure to verify any issue with the pump or lines. Also google / search "coolant temp sensor" this causes the engine to run rich and your symptoms sound similar.

Do a search on "coolant temperature sensor" common problem. Coolant temp sensor fails and the ECM thinks the engine is cold so it sets the mixture rich for a cold condition.
