I did find out what was wrong. I had to break down and take it to a shop. It turned out only to be a bad fuel pressure regulator. Why it gave the obd codes it did I don't know. ridiculous the money...

I cleared the check engine light then swapped the new number 4 injector with the number 6 and reran the obd scan.

I looked on their site. You must mean the seafoam spray to clean the intake system... cool, been using seafoam for years but didn't know they had that product.
