    This is how to bypass onstar!!!

    Their is a 6 pin connector on the back of your stereo. Grab the pink wire which i believe its remote for the stock amp. Then grab your new head unit remote wire and join those two and your set!

    Installing in dash with onstar???

    Can someone tell me how to install a stereo on a 2001 Chevy Suburban with onstar. I know i could with a module but i dont want to use it cause my onstar does not work any more.
