Thanks for the replies. I checked with a dealer and they too say it's not made, not available. Only thing to do is patch the line with a hose and compression fittings. Which is ok, it's just a heater...

My mechanic is telling me that he can't get replacement aux heater lines for my 2003 Yukon XL. Unfortunately one of mine wore through the metal line, where it had been rubbing against a...
I can confirm that at least 2003-2006 has signal wiring ready to go. Just plug in the new mirrors and they'll light up.
Our Accord and Pilot (and probably lots of other late model cars) have this tiny light in the overhead console that shines down on the center console area to ever-so-slightly illuminate it at night....

For those interested, just following on my own post with what pics I've found of these on GM trucks:

Title says it all.... looking for pics from those who have these mirrors. Thanks!
Ok, still going through my shakedown questions on the Yukon. This one is around the throttle response. I've noticed that the response is a little weird/touchy off idle. The pedal itself is pretty...

Had all the fluids changed, and no abnormal wear, grit, or shavings were found anywhere. Just to see, I hooked up a 3500 lb trailer and was able to reproduce the noise pretty reliably with the extra...
This morning I found the A/C belt on the ground. It had broken. DOH! Well there's your problem! Pullies seem ok, so I'm just going to replace it.
Appreciate the replies.
Hi, yesterday the AC stopped blowing cold. Fan works, compressor seems to kick on and the engine changes idle as a result, but only ambient air comes through. What to I check?

New to GM, and wanting to take my new Yukon XL to a good shop, north of SF. I'm in Sonoma County, but willing to go to Marin or Napa counties. Are there any really good dealers or independent shops?...

Thanks Mike. Yeah, looked at them and they look ok visually. No play, seals look good. Definitely OEM. Did a full visual all around this afternoon and couldn't find anything. No signs of odd wear, no...

Thanks. I bet you're right. The next day I couldn't hear it. I'll look at the fuel filter.
I figured out the trailer thing: There was a red blank fuse in "Stud#1", the blank labeled "B+". I put a...

Thanks for the reply. Don't know that they ever have been. Only 63k on the truck. Do they need lube?
The noise is a grinding/chattering sound. It's pretty loud.

Once in a while, my yukon will make a horrible grinding noise under moderate acceleration. Seems to only happen once, when I first start driving it, and then I can't make it happen again no matter...

New owner of a 2003 Yukon XL 2500 4WD SLT. I have a few questions:
1. There's a sound like a small electric motor when I turn the key on, that seems like it's coming from mid to rear of...
