    Id recommend a 2.5" ccm coil leveling kit...pretty cheap and arent hard to install. As far as who can do it...im sure most shops could easily do it for less than $100.

    33s should fit fine...if you want to go up to 34" tire you will need a body lift unless you want to be cutting metal and molding plastic.
