Maybe just put an add on Craigslist explaining your situation; someone will come take the contaminated gas and run it in and old tractor or something.

Yes and No. Noises are funny and hard to duplicate sometimes. I have had other vehicles that make noises under load.

I would buy one out of junk yard, if the dealer wont warranty it. Many of the after market ones are fairly flimsy junk. If you get one out of a yard, try to find a truck that doesn't have front end...
