Look at the Nitto Cross Terrains. I just had them installed and they are the only tire I have ever purchased that lives up to the hype. They are more agressive, I would say a hybrid tire.

The Bilsteins 5100s will ride stiffer than stock. Personally, I will not put them on my truck as I don't want it to ride anymore truck like than it already does. But that's MHO.
