If you heat it, it will weaken it and will need to be replaced. Also, trade in your WD40 for some PB Blaster. I haven't found a bolt it won't free yet! You may have to use air to break it loose. Just know that there is a chance of wringing the bolt head off using air if the bolt is corroded badly. LOTS of PB Blaster! I bought a gallon container that came with a refillable metal spray bottle. It's REALLY happy stuff!"It went together didn't it? Well then there has to be a way to take it apart!" - Me.

Ok, sounds like a plan. Anyway I don't have access to air tools at the moment.

I began work currently the bolts are soaking in WD40(sorry @moogvo its all I have and my transportation is currently well taken apart) I'm using a socket that is 6 sided not 12 so it is snug on the head of the bolt and the t-case is engaged. Gonna give it my all.

Hard to tell I'll take pics once its off since the WD40 and Marvel worked with some help from a steel pipe and some arm strength.

New problem it seems I do need to remove the cross-over pipe but thats isnt really an option since the only removable bolts are on the exhaust manifold and the rest is a welded system, not modular so you can't just pop it off.
