    Right now most Credit Unions that use VISA offer interest rates of 9.99% - 11.99% depending on your credit score, there are a few like the military or federal employee's that might go lower than that if you qualify to be a member of their credit unions.

    But you do not typically have to deal with the fee's. One of the multiple CCU's I am a member of had no branches within 800 miles of NC and I do everything either through their website or call center. I can also use my atm/debit card with out any fee's locally if I need to move money through atm's on the network my local credit union has.
