I have a sop vac that the top part comes off and can be used as a blower so I usually use it on my grille area other wise it always leaks out on the bumper, don't see why that wouldn't work. My wife had also picked up the Mr Clean nozzle that has a filter or something that eliminates the water spots so I don't have to dry! Finally a signature and Avatar! I also posted some pics in the Gallery.

A leather chamois has always been the de-facto material for drying any vehicle.
I am very lucky, our water is very soft and just letting it air dry works very well for me.Ray

Drive it down the highway about 75 to get most of the water off, then come back and wipe it down with a chamois... I use a synthetic one. I also have a silicone blade that I have never used..."It went together didn't it? Well then there has to be a way to take it apart!" - Me.

black is tough to keep looking good. I use micro fiber towels. I just drag across the surface light pressure.
wet the towels first this softens the fiber.
you need lots of polish to get the surface smooth as a mirror. then wax.
black gets very hot in the sun , the wax will vaporize quickly , so you need to do this often on surfaces on top that get blasted by the heat.
My other vehicle is white. the complete opposite. very easy to clean. wax and finish last look better much longer.
