Lightbulb 95 Suburban either missing, or fuel cuts out.

First of all let me state that this does not happen when it is really cold outside, below 20 degrees. But when i am moving down the freeway, it runs fine, except that it seems that it the engine is cutting out, as it pos and sometimes sputers especially when it is starting to excelerate, but it also seems to have small cut outs just cruising, and will try to cut out from a complete stop. I have replaced everything fuel related, except the fuel pump, and have been told that it could be the temperature sensor right next to where the thermosat is on top of the engine, and it could be telling the computer that it is 20 below zero, would it be prudent to change this, or would anyone have anyother suggestions. it runs great except for that little problem

If it is your fuel pump,, I don't think you would be able to do a hard acceleration. Sounds like the symtoms are a little on the sporatic side. electric?

My guess would be ignition module, if this has a distributor it’s under the cap. If this has a coil pack, it’s under the coils.

Under the distributor it’s a part costing less than 50 bucks.

If it’s a coil pack it is very expensive.

The module in our 94 went and then worked, then went and then worked, they can be quirky.

There is a test procedure but I can’t remember it.
