what was the reason for your void warranty? cause gm got to prove the modification is the reason you lost it. i had my lift on my truck now for 2 years and almost 40k with 35's and not a problem with warranty gm has changed ball joints tie rods, transmission lines just to name a few. But i do recommend to the OP that he should gear as soon as he gets the money it will help save on your transmission life.

Yea, I agree with changing gears, but I'll have to wait a little bit. I appreciate the input from SouthEastBeast, but my truck has no warranty on anything. Well, I take that back, it has the "Old trucks gonna break down warranty" because with it being a daily driver and a 1999, it's going to have issues and I'll have to fix them out of pocket. I've known several people with 1500s and 35's (some even with 38's) that really had no issues with the exception of a mechanical breaking of lift components (which was the guy that spent the most on his FabTech kit).
