No Start No Power ~ 1999 K1500 Suburban
99 k1500 GMC Suburban, 5.7l, today it wouldn't start. For the most part a trouble free car. There's absolutely no power, no lights, no stereo...nada...When I open the door, I can hear relays clicking, and when I turn on things...stereo, headlights, etc....I can hear similar relay clicking noises. I checked fuses and couldn't find any that looked bad. The fuse panel on the end of the dash, inside the drivers door, there are 2 silver rectangular fuses...the top one I pulled out and the relay clicking stopped. Can this one be bad and be the cause?
I'm hoping it's a simple solution, thanks in advance for the helpful info.

seattlesuburban; just like @Pikey said the #1 issue is clearly check your battery. Make certain that you have good contacts and clean your battery terminals and everything around there really well. Some baking soda and water will help to do that, but you're going to need a simple $5 battery terminal brush (usually a 2-parter) that you can get from a Auto supply store.
Oh, the fun of living in Seattle with a Suburban. I lived up there for years, you'll have higher moisture levels in the air so you have to worry about corrosion moreso than other parts of the country.
