Default flickering headlights on 2005 Silverado

I have a 2005 Silverado with headlights that flicker. I have checked the grounds and all have been cleaned and tightened (none were loose). The headlights flicker when the engine is above 2000 RPM's and pulling a hill (under a load) and also when going downhill with the truck in a lower gear, again RPM's above 2000. It is getting worse. I have a new battery (July 12'). I changed the alternater thinking it was the regulator. This made it worse. Any ideas?

I had the exact same issue with my 05 yukon xl. New battery and new (reman) alternator. It turned out the the alternator was crap. I replaced it 6 times in one month due to voltage issues and bad bearings. I have the 160 amp bosch in my truck. I went to a S&G import parts store, they had a brand new bosch for $170. I put it in 2 weeks ago and have not had a flickering issue since. Plus my headlights are brighter. If you have a bosch model on your truck, then I suggest replacing it with a brand new one as the reman companies do a very poor job fixing them
