    Default 2009 colorado pnp switch.

I live in sc and own a 2009 colorado crew cab 5 cyl auto. I am trying to locate the park/neutral position switch on the car. The manual says it should bew on the left side of the transmission, however it isn't there. I have been to the dealer and they can't locate it either. does anyone know where they put it? I have also looked on the steering column. Thanks
