I have had 3 Chevy's so far and I always put duals on them. They have been with 1 muffler and 2 chrome pipes. I have heard of something called a down spout. Its something to the effect that the pipes are run to the side of the truck instead of out the back. Is this true or is it somthing different. I know its hard to get a real deep sound out of a V6 but I'm trying. The 83 I had the pipes were bent down and they weren't very big and I loved the way it sounded cause it was a deep rumble when it idled. Just wondering if anybody can give me some tips. Thanks
are you talking about the pipes coming out the sides before the rear wheel well?
i have seen this done and it looks great !...on another posting i'm gonna do a search for it
