    Default locking differential

    i recently purchased a 94 3/4 4x4 suburban to take to my sons 4 wheeler races , it is a cheyenne model and very plain jane, i did not get any owners manuals at all, but i dont know if it would tell me anyway, how can i tell if it has a locking differental

    In the glove box there will be a factory placed sticker with a number of letter and number combinations/codes. Look for the G80 code. If it has this code then it is the limited slip/locker. It is the eaton factory limited slip I believe.
