    Hi.

Tried to mail it but it's too big for a mailbox (25 Mb PDF-doc)

Here's a couple of links where you might find it and download it yourself:

    http://pdftown.com/PDF-Chevrolet-Tah...er-Manual.html

    https://www.mygmlink.com/pdf/go2cont.../2001tahoe.pdf

    http://www.extendedgmwarranty.com/ow...r_manuals.html

This last one seems to be the best. They have all the Sub manuals from '93 - '07. You just click the link, the manual will open in PDF-format and you just choose "save a copy" up to the left of the document.

    Good luck!

Thank you Peter but these are owner's manuals, not shop (or service) manuals. Shop manuals may cost $400 or more to buy.

Does anyone have a .pdf 2005 shop manual and is willing to share it or knows of any link to it?

    Thank you in advance.

I seriously doubt it soley because of that reason. A shop manual is a very expensive document that is copyrighted and such. Even if a PDF was made by a valid manufacturer of the shop manual, that manual should cost as much as the physical manual, and therefore, not be available legally for no charge....

    You're absolutely right. My fault.

I do have a Haynes Repair manual - Sub '99 - '02 - which is not so expensive. See this thread: http://www.gmtruckclub.com/forum/showthread.php?t=10990

It's not as good as a real GM shop manual, but a lot easier to read and use. I had a GM original for my Corvette and that was quite a challenge to understand.

The Haynes would cost $24.95 (http://www.haynes.com/products/searc.../productID/245)
