Default Back on the low-carb diet!

I ballooned up again, I'm going back on the low-carb kick. Basicly, I eat the same just cut out the extra sugar and bread. Had chicken for lunch and probably steak and eggs for dinner tonight.

Anyone else do a low-carb thing? I'm down about 10 lbs in about 10 days.

I never tried the low carb thing but I made up my own diet and lost like 10-15lbs

Well, I read Atkin's book when it came big a few years ago, and for the most part I agree with him in principle. It's just hard to pass up the rolls and the sweets. Thankfully, splenda came out in the last 10 years, and there are some new substitutes coming out in the near future too.

The atkins diet works great but if your going to do it any length of time you should take a good multivitamin.

I lost about 11 lbs so far, and I feel good. Not having the extra caffiene makes a difference around 2 pm though.
