so your truck is running a strait axle? thought these trucks had shocks and springs?2000 single cab short bed 1500 w/ 6.0 vortec maxx swap from a 2006 2500, custom intake, slotted brakes, shorty headers, 8mm wires, electric fan, strait piped, 4.5 inch lift, asp pulleys, true dual through body exhaust, built trans w/ shift kit, custom tune ... 320rwhp

Pretty sure they just ran torsion bars and shocks. As for your problem, I believe they make a set of torsion keys that allow you to loosen them and it will drop your truck. Drop keys as they are sold as on lmctruck.com.
What at im still trying to wrap my head around is why the flip kit? Could have gotten some leaf spring hangers that are longer which drop the truck as well. But to each their own.
If at first you don't succeed, get a bigger cheater bar.
