I joined a while ago, but with all the things I got going on I don’t think I posted more than once.

I got to put it in favorites and try and check it out once a day like I do my other forums.

You know he ain’t right don’t you?

Just kidding Jamie. I got to get there more. Congrats.

    1. This is my site, I created it to allow people to share their love of Chevrolet.
    2. When you allow the floodgates to open up where there are no rule, everything suffers. Specifically, the more links to other websites that exist on here ... the lower the Google PageRank for this site.
    3. I'm not going to tollerate someone like JayMack signing up a bunch of differnt names and coming on here and slamming me. Come on, do you not have a clue that IP addresses can be tracked? I even see someone from summa.com from Huntsville, AL logged in here. Guess what company's General Manager I'm going to call tomorrow?

Default All Users - Help Us Protect The Site

I need help from all good members on this site.

JayMack75 and his friends have been trashing this website and it's users. He is running his own website called the Alabama Custom Car and Truck Club. Since day one on this website, he's been trying to promote his own site --- which is uncool. I don't run this website to help him get traffic for his site. Getting an audience and getting consistent web-results is hard business.

Anyhow, he's doing his own thing and that's fine. But, he and his members to come spam and trash our website and cause disruption. That crosses the line. In the past 24-72 hours there have been quite a number of fake users signing up (even using the same IP address - one guy logged in from his company's computer - whoops!) with nothing but a stream of attack/spam postings that follow.

Please take note of this post on his website: http://acctc.freeforums.org/viewtopic.php?p=388#388

I've worked my tail off for nearly 3 1/2 years trying to build a stable website with good content where people have respect for each other and treat each other with dignity. There are dozens (probably thousands actually) of other automobile enthusiast websites out there, but I want this one to be different.

    Here's where I need help
We've got a good group of moderators, but we're not on the site 24 hours per day. If anyone spots any attack/personal/fake user spam postings, please don't hesitate to let a mod or admin know what's going on. We don't have to take this type of childish behaviour.

    Thanks!
