removing rust

posting in here for visibility. might have to look into this for my truck as well at some point. just have some spotty surface rust now, but it will only get worse as time goes on, stupid salt air.

The etching solution offered from Eastwoods will take care of that easily... And just paint right over.

if you know someone that works around diesles ask to barrow their highpower steam pressure washer lol
nothing survives that
at the very least its the best starting point to use acids or sealers...

there was a truck stop here in town that would charge us $40 to do the whole car (back when we were restoring muscle cars)... but now theyre so cheap they charge the "shop rate" of over $100.... needless to say we dont pay that.
but there may be a cool CAT or diesle shop near you with one.
