    Default Misfire confusion

Got an 07 Classic 4.8L. Just hit 110K miles. Cylinder 7 misfire. Swapped spark plug wire. No change. New plug and igniter coil. No change. Also had an evap purge code come up. Does that usually cause a specific cylinder misfire? Any response would be helpful. Hoping its not injector or worse

with that age mileage it can be dirty injector. check the fuel pressure with a gage see if the pressure is correct. get some techron injector cleaner see if the miss fires go.

if not then the compression testing on all then compare. could be head issues also.
