TSB help

I have a 2003 Silverado 4x4 (4.8) that has a leak when it rains causing water (very little) to appear on the passenger side floor board.

I can find a TSB that reads Windshield Adhesion Non Compliance but it is only the title and #
(03001).

I contacted the local Chevy dealer and they say they cant find it but if I can copy the body of the TSB and bring it in they will do the work.

I am unable to find the body of the TSB in order to copy it can anyone help me out with this info or a link to it ?

I found it

It was under a recall rather then a TSB.
