Default Horn's not it a simple fuse check?

    Hey all,

I hope this is a simple fix and not a stupid question. I just noticed the other day that my horn doesn't work? This happened a few months ago but I just kept pressing it and finally it honked. I thought it was the same thing but it's still not working. Is this a simple change of a fuse? Next question, in the fuse box under the hood, can i just pull out the bigger "silver" things plugged in? I don't wanna pull it out and mess things up in there. Any help would be great.
