Default 1997 chevy surburban k2500 heater hvac problem

I have a issue with my hvac. I have no heat coming out of the dash or the rear while driving. I have heat at idle. My dash controls work, water pump works, new hearter core and heater valve, water is flowing, heater box is hot to the touch, hoses are in correct positions, plenty of coolent. Its only at idle i get heat. Any ideas what i overlooked?

Maybe. But i havent noticed over heating or underheating or differece of performance with the engine to be the themostat, but im not going to rule that out yet.
