Programming 2 different SUV's

Is there a tuner that will allow me to tune my 97 s10 blazer 4.3 and my 02 5.3 suburban?

not at the same time... can only have 1 vehicle tuned at a time, that's how handhelds work... if you want both tuned at the same time, you'd have to buy 2 programmers, one for each vehicle... and the only one you're gonna find for that old 1997, is a hypertech....
