Ah, yes. I'm not used to places that have rules like that. Here in Alberta, you only need an inspection if your vehicle comes from outside of the province, or is over 12 years old (and that one is a one time inspection when you put insurance on it). As a result, our standards are pretty slack... no emissions testing, lots of people seem to get away with blue LED daytime running lights, etc.

Anyway, bottom line is even though we have a standard for tires sticking out too far, there's a lot of lifted trucks around here and they usually don't have fender flares other than factory ones.
