Looks like mold
I've got a white Tahoe that sits under a tree and it looks like I have a bunch of small mold spots that aren't coming off with a regular wash. What should I use to get it clean?

I would try a clay bar. You can buy clay bar kits from Mequiars and mothers. They are available at your local parts store.
