    Cool The new guy

Hey everyone, I'm the new guy here and I have already felt comfort from various long time members in this forum. Don't be fooled by my user name, it's the only one I could think of when I was 13 and joining internet forums. I'm now 17, a High School senior and I LOVE trucks. Here is my first truck/ride and I plan on keeping it forever I plan on a few more upgrades when I get the money saved up thanks to my new job. Tell me what you think!

Nice ride. Gee, that truck looks very fimiliar, I think I've seen one like that, but a regular cab, and it still has the stock crappy wheels on it... oh yeah, it's mine!! LOL I love the rims, and I see that you got the chrome handles that you were asking me about a while back. How do ya like them? I just ordered some carbon fiber tails for my truck, I should have them Wednesday. I'll put up some new pics when I get them installed. Your ride is really starting to look sweet, I also like the grill. Is that an overlay or a whole custom shell? What future plans do you have for it? BTW, I put a flowmaster 40 Delta series muffler on my truck, I also have the 4.3L V6 and it sounds SWEET!!! I put up a video in the appearance and aftermarket forum, it's titled "muffler upgrade".

Yeah haha. I did get the chrome handles you told me about and there great! OEM handles were like $200+ but those were $20
The Flowmasters sound great even on the 4.3L V6's! I have the Super 44 and it gets to be pretty loud. Thanks for the compliments already. I plan on getting the Wait4Me performance tune, 2 Rockford Fosgate subs, and a Rhino bed liner.
The grill is an overlay, bolted directly over the stock grill. I mounted mine to sit flush, but you can cut out your stock grill and bolt down this billet one with the provided mounting brackets. I like mine to sit flush, and you cant really see the stock grill behind the new one.

What are carbon fiber tails? Sounds cool, can you post up some pics?

Thanks everyone. If I had known it existed, I would have gotten the Silverado SS and have it look just like yours RockHead; only in white I'm going to buy the GM Truck forum decal soon and put in on my side rear window.

Glad you like the handles. I love mine. Did you get the tailgate handle too?

Here are the carbon fiber Tail lights I bought. I will get up pics as soon as they come in and I get to put them on. I cant wait to see how they look myself.
