We started working on the power steering setup, we chose to use the braided lines for it as well. These are made for power steering applications up to 8,000psi, the LS1 pump is rated at 4,000psi. Tube nuts, sleeves, and a flaring tool was required in doing this.

All the power steering fittings are stainless steel, and are teflon lined for leak free assembly. YEAAH RIGHT!! We had 4 faulty fittings, the first one completely blew out and we lost all the PS fluid on the floor. The next 3 were leaking so bad, we couldn't even let it run more than a couple seconds. Finally we ended up not going with Russell, we switched to Fragola and had no problem after that.
Flex A Lite adjustable thermostat controller, which was used to control the electric fan on the transmission cooler.
Some finished pics of the engine bay, I have a few more pics and videos I will post up. We are still working on the truck to date, It is on 4 jack stands right now.

More finished pics of the engine swap, all in all it took 9 months till it was complete. Lot's of blood sweat and tears definately adampaul, we learned a ton of stuff doing this swap. It was my first LS swap, and I learned a lot about the wiring.
