    Default Wheel spacer question??

    Hey yall,

Me again i am just wondering if any one in the club has used 2" wheel spacers on their trucks or know the pros/cons of using them? i want my truck to have a better stance but still be super functional off road and in the mud. so any opinions pics and advice would be amazing.

i ran 1.25,1.50 and 2" wheel spacers and never had a problem the most is a stud broke off after a few years but gm did that when they did a wheel alignment the worst you will have is your tires rubbing on your fenders cause your pushing them out further

I know a few guys that have done it. They all ended up with broken studs at some point. Personally I would not do it. It is only 2" but it adds more stress to front end components like ball joints and wheel hubs. I am not one to talk about adding stress to front end components as when I was younger I was running 38.5" tires that were 16.5 wide on a 1500 truck
