Default 08 Silverado 2500 rear axle gear ratio

I just lifted my 08 silverado 2500hd with a 6" kit with 35" tires. Stock rear axle gear ratio is 3.73 (I think!). Can someone recommend a good new ratio to accommodate the bigger tires? According to Superlift's website http://www.superlift.com/library/gears.asp, a 4.56 or 4.88 gear is "optimum". Any feedback on this? Also, would I have to regear the front gear as well? Finally, which mfr's would you recommend looking at? Thanks!

I would say the 4.56's for sure as i have researched this for my 87 blazer w/35's for when have the money to upgrade my gearing and go with a posi unit. You must change the front to match the rear because it will bind up if not.
