Default Rear Right Brake Drum is Grabbing More Than The Left.... HELP!

These trucks automatically adjusts the rear brakes for even braking and parking brake pressure.
But the passenger-side grabs more, to the point of heating up and locking the drum and the whole rear while driving!!!

yet, every time, to unlock the drum; I apply- and release the parking brake and the wheel spins free.
I remove the tire and drum but cant find a problem...

WHATS HAPPENING!!!!!!!? im afraid to drive....
Gas was $1.83 when Obama took office.....

I'd be willing to bet the hydraulic actuator at the wheel is sticking.
If it isnt the actuator check the flexible portion of the brake line for kinks.
And finally check the Bypass valve for proper operation (dont remember if Blazers have a Bypass/Load compensator valve though).

The right side cable on my 99 Sub usually rusts and hangs-up where it crosses over the rear pig. I've cut it off, replaced it, cut it off again... I suppose a little break-free maintenance would be a better plan.

Check all the stuff Tim said, too.

    "the hydraulic actuator"
you mean the wheel cylinder? cause that's brand new... it seems like maybe the brake adjuster... just keeps clicking up when it should stop... but mechanically nothing seems wrong... <= (

Sounds like air in the system.

cant be, i had the dealer just bleed everything. plus, this happens while driving.
the shoes just drag.... and eventually the heat locks it up at low speed. about 25 mph
i can touch the drum on the driver side... but i burn my finger on the passenger side.
