depends on the subs and how you wire them. If they are 2 ohm or 4 ohm.

Amps have a stability range of impedance. 1.5-2.2ohms true stability kinda thing. You might try kickin your MTX subs to the curb and getting a whole new sub setup. It would be cheaper and you will get a better BOOOOMMMM lol. Of course the water is kinda muddy until we get those numbers we are beggin for

i know the next subs i get im prolly gonna get 4 ohm. But im not sure what i have now. And also what i might do is buy maybe 3 or 4 and put them in and save the mtx ones in there for a different vehicle? im not sure , but for now they are goning to stay in there.

We are lookin for model numbers so we can look up the specs. Also what's your budget and do you have an aftermarket headunit?

I really just dont want it to be too expensive but then i dont want a piece of crap. so i want a good one and a good price for it. and i have an aftermarket head unit. I do still have the box for the deck and the amp if you guys want to know anything else about those?

The numbers for the sub just tell me it's a 10" round driver... Lookin at that amp though, I can tell you, she needs to be up graded.

The cheapest route for you is to go with two new subs and a new amp. Something more powerful than your current setup. What kind of music do you jam out to?
