ya i have a 07 silverado 2x4 and i cant go around a corner with out spinning the tire ecpecialy in the rain has anyone used one of those shur trax for weight and did it help

I don't have one but when I move up to canada I will deff be buying one. When I bought my 07 It came with horrible tires that slipped everywhere in the rain. I almost totalled it the day after I bought it. I bought some decent all terrain tires and it was a night and day difference. I think I had general tires on it. That sucked.

on my 99 I had terrible tires on it, goodyear wranglers I believe. I put some of my bosses older bald coopers on it and threw a bunch of sand in the back for the winter and it worked out well. For the rain though you kind of just have to have a light foot. I usually don't have a problem unless I'm driving like an @$$hole.![]()
