If you are only getting seven volts at the starter battery connection then you have a very bad connection or your battery is shot. It may very well work the lights but not provide the amps needed for cranking or pulling in the solenoid.

Alright, so I figured out the problem. It was the PCM b fuse (20a). This fuse was not in the wiring diagram so that is why I couldn't find it, Plus when i checked all the fuse's i happen to over look it, because it was sorta hidin. But now my question is. When its turning over and right before the engine can run its self, that same fuse blows.

guess its the fuel pump or a ground in the circuit.2002 Gmc sierra
