    Default greetings from Ottawa Ontario

    Picked up my first GMC Suburban last night

    Its a 1994 2 WD with a 350 TBI and air conditioning (unsure about AC operation)
    Two tone silver w/ black
    looking forward to finding out more about it and making it mine

    I am from Ottawa Ontario area
    and have a 1999 Pontiac Bonneville SSEi as my summer vehicle as well

    like i said this is my first Suburban but i am a die hard GM guy previously i have had 2 S15 jimmys (one i did a V8 conversion on) GMC Vandua 2500 and various other things
    looking forward to hanging out here a bit and learning and hopefully contributing to this corner of web space

    are thre many others here from Ottawa area?

    First, welcome to the forum! Second, I think you'd better get started making it yours ASAP.

    That plastics stuff on the back definately has to go. The hood, could work if you really like scoops and get it painted. How does the interior look?

    Welcome to the club buddy!! If your AC isn't working, check and see if it is unplugged under the hood. Right at the condenser. We have 4 chevy/gmc's similar to yours and once the refridgant runs low, the AC system gets very noisey so its pretty common for people to unplug it.

    if you are talking about the plastic on the bumper its a book my ruffian put there to cover the plate,
    if you mean the spoiler ill pbly keep it for now
    the front bumper is getting painted when it warms up it needs a bath real bad

    already started by putting in a Kenwood stereo KDX 491
    next is rear speakers and amps

    where would i fingd pics of audio stuff you guys have done?

    bad news i found out is i need an EGR and exhaust work....it has full duals but no hangers and one of the exhaust to manifold studs is busted
